The truth is, we all could be more effective influencers.
Hardly a day passes that we aren't trying to influence others (and ourselves) in our personal and professional lives. We make efforts to remain motivated and energized in the workplace. We coach our teams to deliver projects on schedule and to our own high standards. We set goals to eat healthier and exercise more.
